Walk in Beauty: Title Track

Walk in Beauty was produced for a friend of mine who gives facials and massages and needed some music to relax her clients. I used Kyma – a sound design environment with excellent microtonal tuning resolution. The piece uses a scale with intervals up to the 7th harmonic for heightened emotional intensity. The slow- moving quality of the piece allows the listener time to get used to and appreciate the unfamiliar harmonic/melodic quality of the music.
